By accessing or using Free2Book, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Free2Book

Free2Book is an online booking platform that facilitates connections between customers and accommodation providers or experience operators. We act solely as a platform intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between users and service providers.

2. Direct Transactions Between Customers and Merchants

All transactions, bookings, and contracts of sale are made directly between the customer and the merchant (service provider). Free2Book is not a party to any such agreement. We do not process payments, collect commissions, or take any financial interest in transactions made through our platform. The contract of sale exists solely between the buyer and the seller.

As a platform that facilitates the connection between customers and merchants, Free2Book accepts no responsibility or liability for any aspect of the transaction, including but not limited to: payment disputes, service quality, cancellations, refunds, non-performance, or any loss arising from the direct relationship between the customer and the merchant.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and provider confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from the service provider
Prices displayed are set by the merchant and are in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise
Free2Book does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or availability information provided by merchants

4. Payments

Where payment functionality is enabled on the platform, payments are processed directly via third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, Adyen, ApcoPay, Viva Wallet) on behalf of the merchant. Free2Book does not collect, hold, or process payments on its own behalf and does not take any commission from transactions. Free2Book does not store full card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set entirely by the merchant and are displayed at the time of booking. Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be resolved directly with the merchant. Free2Book is not liable for any failure by a merchant to honour a cancellation or refund request.

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
Not use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Comply with the individual rules and policies of each service provider
Be of legal age (18+) or have parental consent to make a booking

7. Platform Liability

Free2Book provides a platform to facilitate connections between customers and merchants. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Free2Book shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from transactions between customers and merchants
The quality, safety, legality, or availability of services offered by merchants
Any failure by a merchant to fulfil a booking or honour stated terms
Payment disputes or chargebacks arising from direct transactions

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
